We are grateful and giddy to welcome Kayla back home to Northern Lakes! Kayla was previously part of our support nursing team and has recently returned to join our Leadership Team in her new role as Director of Health Services.
Kayla is smart and sensitive to the needs of our residents and our team. Her leadership style is supportive, direct, kind, and consistent. She is organized, reliable, and full of integrity.
Kayla brings 12 years of experience in long-term care and has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, resident-centered care while supporting and empowering healthcare teams. Having previously been part of the Northern Lakes team, she understands the dedication, hard work, and heart that make Northern Lakes so special.
Throughout her career, Kayla has developed a strong passion for serving seniors and ensuring they receive the highest quality of care possible. She firmly believes that teamwork, communication, and mutual respect are the foundation of a successful healthcare environment.
We celebrate Kayla as a happy human with a positive personality, strong values, and a caring heart. She is a skilled nurse, a conscientious leader, and simply a fun person to be around.
